How long can the cup last?

The material of the cup, medical grade silicone, has been tested to last up to 10 years. However, that doesn't mean that the cup can last for 10 years as normal wear and tear hasn't been taken into account.

On average, our customers replace their cup after 2-3 years and it is normal you have to change the cup every few years depending on usage. For example, if you rely heavily on the stem it can snap off. This might make removal a bit more tricky, but you can still use it if you feel comfortable with it. Otherwise, you might want to replace your cup. After some time, the cup might get slightly stained or discolored and that's completely fine.

It's important to keep in mind that even if you replace your cup every second or third year, you'll be spending way less money than you would on disposable period products, and you'll save the environment a great deal of waste!
