Can I cancel or change my order or shipping details?

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 0–2 business days. If you need to cancel or change your order, including your shipping address or email, please contact support@allmatters.com as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate your request!

Please note that we cannot guarantee changes before an order ships, and we are unable to make any modifications once it has been shipped. Please double-check your details before finalizing your purchase.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the items to us to receive a full refund or exchange. Please reach out to our support team for the return address and further instructions.

If your order is already in transit, here are a few steps you can take to retrieve your package:

In cases where the mistake is solely in your billing address, no worries! As long as your shipping address is correct, your order will be delivered without any issues.
