Can I cancel or edit my order or shipping address?
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 0-2 weekdays. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order or make any changes to your order, shipping address, or email, please contact support@allmatters.com as soon as possible. We will always try to help you the best way we can!
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we can edit your order before it ships, and we are unable to make changes once it has been shipped. Please double-check your order details before placing your order.
In the case that your order has already been shipped, please return the order once you've received it. You can either reject the package or not pick it up from your pick-up point. If you receive the package, simply draw a cross over the receiver's address, write "RETURN" on it, and send it to the address below:

If your order is already in transit, here are a few steps you can take to retrieve your package:
- Track your parcel: You can monitor your package’s location in real-time using the tracking link in your order confirmation email. [Optional: Insert Link Here]
- Check for rerouting: If the postal service is unable to deliver to the address provided, the parcel will likely be rerouted to a nearby pickup shop. You should receive a notification once it is ready for collection.
- Contact your local carrier: You can also contact the local carrier with your tracking number directly to see if they can redirect the delivery. Please note that they may charge an additional fee for this service.
In cases where the mistake is solely in your billing address, no worries! As long as your shipping address is correct, your order will be delivered without any issues.
