What is your refund and exchange policy?
We offer an exchange or refund on one used item within 90 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase. This applies to both in-person and online purchases, whether made through our website or an authorized retailer.
- Menstrual Cups & Discs: If you've tried the cup or disc and it doesn't feel right, we will gladly send you a different model at no charge or issue a full refund for the product (excluding shipping and handling). Any additional cups/discs in your order must be returned unused and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Tencelâ„¢ or ActiveMatters Period Underwear: For a used pair of period underwear, we will send a different model for free or issue a full refund (excluding shipping and handling). Additional pairs can only be exchanged or refunded if they are unwashed and unworn. It is okay if the outer packaging has been opened.
Buy-One-Get-One-Free (BOGO) Orders
If your order included two items, the refund amount depends on the condition of the items:
- If both items have been opened: We can offer a 50% refund of the total price. To make it easy for you, there is no need to return the products in this case.
- If at least one item remains sealed: If you return the unopened item to us, we will be happy to offer a full refund for the order.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
