How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t seen your confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder first before contacting our support team.
Estimated delivery times are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day the parcel is shipped. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as shipping methods vary by destination country and customs processing can be lengthy. Allow a few business days for the tracking information to update.
If you encounter delays or if your package is held, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to expedite the process before contacting our support team. We do not have access to their internal data.
