I haven't received my order/shipping confirmation?
Shortly after placing your order, you should have received a confirmation email containing details about your order.
If you haven’t received it, please check your junk folder as it might have ended up there. If it’s not in your junk folder, please get in touch at support@allmatters.com and provide us with the name you placed the order under.
You will receive a shipping email containing tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk folder.
