Returns

Should you want to return an order and get a refund, please send an email within 14 days of receiving the order to support@allmatters.com  

We don't ask for used menstrual cups to be returned due to hygiene reasons, but unused products should be returned to the following address:

Please note, we do not offer return labels, so you will have to cover the shipping costs. After the products have been returned, you will receive the refund for your order.
