How do I clean period underwear?

It’s super simple to care for your underwear! After use simply rinse out the blood in cold water – continue until water runs clear. You can machine wash them cold (30°) or wash them by hand using a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Hang the underwear to dry. Once dry, the underwear is ready to be reused.
