How does period underwear work?

Period panties are a practical and reusable alternative to pads and tampons. They feel like normal underwear but have built-in layers that absorb and encapsulate menstrual blood while keeping you dry and odor-free. Period panties can be used together with a menstrual cup.

How many pairs do I need?

We recommend 3-7 pairs of period panties, depending on how often and how much you bleed during your menstruation.

Use:

Use period panties instead of a cup, pads, tampons, or together with a cup or tampon for extra protection. After use, rinse the panties in cold water until the water runs clear. Wash them on a gentle cycle at 30° or hand wash with a mild detergent and then air dry. Reuse the panties every cycle, day and night.

Can you swim with period panties?

Although our period panties are designed to absorb menstrual blood, they are not made for swimming.

How do you wash them?

After using your period panties, rinse them with cold water. Then wash in the washing machine at 30-40 degrees and air dry. The period panties should not be put in the dryer.
