What are the different period underwear options? Sizes, absorbencies and colors

Our Collection

We currently offer five period underwear collections:

Classic: These pairs are made to feel like your favourite: soft, breathable, and reliable.

Active: These pairs are designed to move with you, absorb effortlessly, and fuel your freedom. They are invisible under clothes and built for reliable protection.

Overnight: These pairs are specially designed for worry-free sleep during your period. Extended absorbent gusset run from front to back, providing maximum coverage while lying down.

Teen: These pairs have a built-in absorbent protection and a flattering fit, giving teenagers and young adults peace of mind at school, at home, and on the go, without relying on disposables.

Last chance: These products are offered as a temporary promotion. We do not plan to restock or update this line unless a similar production issue occurs in the future. Because they are sold at a significant discount due to known visual or production-related imperfections, our satisfaction guarantee does not apply and returns are not available.

• First Generation: These products consist of the Tencel™ Brief in Black. These are reduced in price due to minor deviations from our standard quality specifications. They are discounted because they were produced in Sri Lanka rather than Portugal, are supplied without our standard retail packaging, and use a different absorbent construction that some users found more noticeable during movement. Aside from these differences, the underwear remains fully functional and is made from the same high-quality materials, including soft TENCEL™ fibres.
• Imperfect Print: These products consist of our Tencel™ Brief in Black (Size M, Light/Moderate absorbency) with a minor printing error on the transfer label. They provide the same fit, fabric, and absorbent performance as our standard Tencel™ Briefs. The only difference is the appearance of the printed label. Examples can be viewed on the relevant product page.

Please note that our Overnight and Teen underwear are made from the same fabric and manufactured to the same quality standards as our Tencel™ collection.

The Teen underwear also uses the same design. The primary difference is that we provide height-based size recommendations to help younger users find the best fit. All quality claims and satisfaction guarantees apply equally to the Teen collection.

Finding Your Fit

Sizes range from XXS to XXXL, depending on the style and collection. Our sizing is very similar to standard high-street fashion brands, so we recommend choosing your usual size. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up for extra comfort.

What size should I buy for a teenager?

While every body is different, we generally recommend sizing based on height:

• Under 152 cm: XXS
• 152–164 cm: XS
• 165–170 cm: S
• Above 170 cm: S and above

Styles & Colours

Our collections are available in three styles: thong, brief, and high-waist. They also come in a range of colours to suit your preferences.

Absorbency

Most styles are available in Moderate/Heavy absorbency, equivalent to approximately 3–4 tampons. Our Thong is available in Light/Moderate absorbency, equivalent to approximately 1–2 tampons. Our Black Tencel™ underwear is also available in a Light/Moderate absorbency option.
