What are the different cup sizes and capacities?
We currently offer three different cup sizes:
- Size Mini: Best for teens, if you have a lighter flow or prefer a small size.
- Size A: Recommended for most first-time cup users, and if you haven't given birth vaginally.
- Size B: A slightly larger fit and capacity for heavier flow, or after vaginal birth.
Their capacities are as follows:
- Size Mini:
- Diameter: 37mm
- Total cup length (incl. stem) : 58mm
- Stem length: 18mm
- Full capacity: 19 ml, 1st line 5 ml, 2nd line 8 ml
- Size A:
- Diameter: 41mm
- Total cup length (incl. stem): 70mm
- Stem length: 20mm
- Full capacity 27 ml, 1st line 10 ml, 2nd line 15 ml
- Size B:
- Diameter: 44mm
- Total cup length (incl. stem): 72mm
- Stem length: 18mm
- Full capacity 33 ml, 1st line 10 ml, 2nd line 15 ml
The cup should be emptied every 8–12 hours. We recommend emptying it more frequently at first to better understand your flow and how the cup fits. While the physical difference between sizes A and B is small, choosing the correct size is essential to prevent leakage. Factors such as vaginal birth, cervix height, and activity level all influence which size you need.
Because everybody is unique, sizing varies from person to person. Regardless of your choice, our cups are designed to handle all flows.
