What are the different cup sizes and capacities?

We currently offer three different cup sizes:

  • Size Mini: If you have a lighter flow or prefer a smaller size.
  • Size A: If you haven't given birth vaginally.
  • Size B: If you have given birth vaginally.

Their capacities are as follows:

  • Size Mini: Full capacity 19 ml, 1st line 5 ml, 2nd line 8 ml
  • Size A: Full capacity 27 ml, 1st line 10 ml, 2nd line 15 ml
  • Size B: Full capacity 33 ml, 1st line 10 ml, 2nd line 15 ml

The cup should be emptied every 8–12 hours. We recommend emptying it more frequently at first to better understand your flow and how the cup fits. While the physical difference between sizes A and B is small, choosing the correct size is essential to prevent leakage. Factors such as vaginal birth, cervix height, and activity level all influence which size you need.

Because everybody is unique, sizing varies from person to person. Regardless of your choice, our cups are designed to handle all flows.
