How do I clean and maintain period underwear?

It’s super simple to care for period underwear!

After use, simply rinse them in cold water until the water runs clear. You can then machine-wash them cold (30°C) or hand-wash with a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach, and always hang them to dry. Once dry, they are ready to be used again.

We recommend having 3–7 pairs of period underwear so you can rotate them, changing into a fresh pair every 8–12 hours for day or night use.
