How do I clean and maintain the disc?

Rinse with cold water, then wash with mild soap (preferably pH-balanced, like our OrganiWash). Boil for 3–5 minutes between cycles or if switching users.

Use the breathable cotton pouch it came with. Avoid airtight containers, as silicone needs to stay dry.
