What are the terms for BOGO offers?

Because our guarantee covers one used product per order, you have two options depending on the condition of your items:

  • If both products have been opened: We can offer a 50% refund of the total amount paid. There is no need to return the products to us.
  • If at least one product is still sealed: You can return the unopened product for a full refund of the entire order.
