Is there a purchase limit?

We offer free shipping on orders over the value of €75 (or equivalent).

Because our guarantee covers one used product, we cannot refund the product you received for free. you have two options depending on the condition of your items:

• If both products have been opened: We can offer a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
