How does the Satisfaction Guarantee work?
We want you to feel confident trying our products and if something is not right, we’re here to help. Our 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee lets you try our reusable period products without the risk of choosing the wrong size, or even the wrong product.
How our Satisfaction Guarantee Works

You have up to 90 days to try the product, so take your time getting used to it and see if it works for you.

Love it or we’ll make it right
Whether it’s a refund, and exchange, or even a whole new product, if it doesn’t work for you, we’ll make it right.
What’s covered
The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to one product within one category per order:
- Menstrual cups
- Menstrual Discs
- Period Underwear
For period underwear, the guarantee applies once to the category as a whole, and not separately by collection, style, or material. For example, you may not claim once for Active period underwear and once again for Classic period underwear.

What you need to know
- Claims must be made within 90 days of receiving your item
- If you bought from a retail partner, proof of purchase is required
- You do not need to return the original item for an approved claim
- If you choose an exchange, you cover the shipping cost for the new item
- The guarantee applies once per product category only, meaning you cannot make multiple claims within the same category.

Exclusions and limitations
The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:
- Free items, including gifts, giveaways, and free-with-purchase items
- The second item in a buy-one-get-one offer
- Multi-packs or bundles
How do I make a claim?
We give you 90 days to get comfortable with your cup, disc, or period underwear. If the size isn’t right or if the product just doesn’t work for you, claim your guarantee by filling our Satisfaction Guarantee Form.

I ordered multiple pairs of underwear, what now?
If multiple pairs of period underwear are purchased in the same order, the Satisfaction Guarantee may be used for one pair only. Any additional pairs are not covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee and may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our regular returns and exchange policy.
If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend purchasing one pair first. If the fit is not right, you may use the Satisfaction Guarantee for help with a replacement size, subject to our Terms and Conditions.
