How do I track my order?

If you have chosen the tracked shipping method, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow a few weekdays for the tracking information to update. In some countries, Customs processing can be lengthy, and in this case we ask that you stay patient and reach out to your national postal service for more information, as we do not have access to that information.
