How do you use a menstrual cup?

Just before your period begins, you fold the menstrual cup and insert it. Once it inserted it should open up and create a suction seal, which will hold it securely in place and prevent leaks (you may need to rotate it to 'force' it open). If inserted correctly, you should not feel it.
