How do I return my order?

Should you wish to return an order, please email support@allmatters.com within the 90-day period covered by our satisfaction guarantee. Please ensure that all items are in new, unused condition, in their original, unopened packaging.

You are welcome to send items back using your preferred carrier to the following address:

Please note that we do not provide return labels, so you will need to cover the shipping costs. These costs vary by country. Within Europe, the price is typically around €5.

Ensure you obtain a receipt for the shipment that includes a tracking number. Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, we aim to process your return within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the return has been completed. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

If you are based in Denmark, you are also welcome to drop off your return in person at our office address listed above.
